- All orders will be processed in 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note us immediately if you realized the shipping address is wrong via email at service@shapifyX.com, we do not accept changes to the shipping address once the order is processed.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at service@shapifyX.com.
- We are now shipping to US and Canada.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Our shapifyx.com does not ship to the P.O. box. Please leave your specific delivery address.
Damage
Shapifyx.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim by taking a picture of the damaged item. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method around 10 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ShapifyX is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
