What we work for is your 100% satisfaction. To provide a better shopping experience for our customers, we have a return & refund policy. The policy is acceptable for our shapifyx.com only. You may note the following terms before returning the items back to us :

  • To make your return eligible, you must check your return item is in the same condition as you received it. (unbroken, unused, with original packaging)
  • Please contact us at service@shapifyx.com previously if you want to return items we will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not send the packet to us without contacting us.
  • Our products are ceramics & pottery, it is normal and unacceptable for return if has slight cracks and scratches on the products.
  • Items on clearance or promotion at the time of purchase are not returnable.
  • Please inspect your package once received, and hold it with care. If the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We do not accept returns 21 days after the reception.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.


Please note that customers are responsible for the total shipping costs of returned items if it’s not about the product quality issue.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method around 10 business days.
